This Privacy Policy discloses the privacy practices applicable to personal information given by you to Safety NetAccess, Inc. (“SNA,” “we” or ”us”) via the website located at (the “Site”) and all websites and services owned or operated by SNA or our partners and affiliates.


We or our partners may collect and/or process personal information from you to assist with your requests, enhance your use of the Site and access to our services, or to communicate with you about our or our partners’ products and services. SNA is considered a “processor” of such information for applicable privacy laws on behalf of Choice Hotels International Services Corp., Inc. On occasion, SNA may collect additional personal information from users in optional survey forms. We will not disclose any of your personally identifiable information (“PII”) unless (a) you authorize us to do so, (b) we are legally obligated to disclose such information to protect our rights, or (c) as part of a transfer of all or substantially all of our assets in the event that SNA is sold to another entity.

SNA does collect information in aggregate form that we may, from time to time, provide to partners, customers and other third parties. If and when this is done, SNA will not include any PII. Only SNA employees or agents are provided access to your PII, and such employees and agents are obligated to maintain the confidentiality of such information. SNA also logs IP addresses, or the location of your computer on the Internet, for systems administration and troubleshooting purposes.

While we have taken reasonable steps to limit the uses of information provided by you to those described in this Privacy Policy, we cannot guarantee that the information will remain permanently secure. Visitors to and users of SNA’s Web sites may be issued a “cookie,” which is a small text file placed on your hard drive to enable our systems to recognize your browser. We will work to respond to your Valid Request within 45 days of receipt. We will not charge you a fee for making a Valid Request unless your Valid Request(s) is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that your Valid Request warrants a fee, we will notify you of the fee and explain that decision before completing your request.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights under the CCPA. We will not deny you our goods or services, charge you different prices or rates, or provide you a lower quality of goods and services if you exercise your rights under the CCPA. However, we may offer different tiers of our services as allowed by applicable data privacy laws (including the CCPA) with varying prices, rates, or levels of quality of the goods or services you receive related to the value of personal information that we receive from you.


Your browser may offer you a “Do Not Track” option, which allows you to signal to operators of websites and web applications and services that you do not wish such operators to track certain of your online activities over time and across different websites.
